I travelled with my friend Laurie to beautiful Costa Rica April 2-12, 2011, on a photography tour led by Dan and Tanya Cox of Natural Exposures and local Costa Rican biologist Esteban Biamonte. We stayed at wonderful eco-lodges--Finca Rosa Coffee Plantation outside of San Jose, Savegre Mountain Hotel, Tiskita Lodge, Las Cruces Wilson Biological Station, Bosgue del Cabo on the Osa Peninsula, and finally back in San Jose  at the lovely Xandari Resort & Spa. We enjoyed great comfort and delicious food throughout. We also spent many hours trying to capture images of the amazingly diverse and wondrous flora and fauna of Costa Rica. Here are a few of mine. Let it be said that photographing fast moving birds is a challenge!
